whenyouearnitNew Year's Eve had been amazing, until now. Rebekah and Jesse had been there together, close to the stage and the effigy and waiting for the moment they were supposed to kiss. When the effigy exploded and bees had attacked was when everything changed. The crowd went wild, and as much as Rebekah had tried to stay close they'd been separated. She's been looking for him for at least half an hour, panicked and worried and close to calling Elijah to help her when she knows he needs to keep Hayley safe.
Not at the triage stations, Summer hadn't seen him, so she set off again, determined to find him. She's tracing her way back toward the effigy, nearly desperate as she calls out his name over and over.
